ATB Outdoors Pet Policy

We love traveling with our husky, Theo so we want to do everything we can to allow you to enjoy your vacation with your pup! Here are a few of our requirements when it comes to bringing your dog,

-We only allow a maximum of 2 dogs per RV.

-All dogs must be less than 100 lbs.

-All dogs should be well-mannered, spayed/neutered, and bathroom trained.

-Dogs must have all vaccinations up to date.

-Dogs must be free from fleas, ticks, and other infectious diseases and must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to rental date.

-Dogs must never be left unattended for any duration in the RV.

-Renters are responsible for all pet waste clean-up.

-Dogs are not allowed to urinate or defecate in RV.

-We do not have a pet fee, but any damages caused by a pet will result in renter paying total repair amount. Also, if extra cleaning is needed as the result of a pet, a minimum charge of $35 will be deducted from Security Deposit.

-We ask that pets stay off RV furniture so please bring proper bedding for pets.

-When bringing a pet, a Pet Policy Contract will be sent to renter and needs to be read and signed.

State of Michigan Campground Pet Rules and Regulations 

Please check your campground when booking for specific rules and regulations

-Pets must be on a 6-foot leash and under your immediate control at all times.

-Always clean up after your pet and please carry a waste bag with you at all times.

-Dogs should not be left in campers or tied up unattended to prevent barking from negatively affecting the park experience of other visitors.

-Keep pets from interacting with wildlife.

-Keep pets from disturbing visitors.

-Pets are not allowed in State of Michigan buildings, bathrooms, or showers.
